Returns & Cancellations
We handle all orders with care and prepare them based on availability and delivery schedules. As we supply fresh and perishable items, please review the policy below before placing an order.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellations can no longer be accommodated.
Cut-off times may apply depending on the delivery schedule.
Returns
Due to the nature of fresh produce:
- Fresh herbs and vegetables are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.
- Seeds, seedlings, and growing mediums may only be returned if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival or incorrect based on your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the concern and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Important Notes
Variations in size, appearance, or color are natural for fresh produce and are not considered defects.
Availability may change due to harvest or seasonal conditions.
Weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery timing.
