250g shrimp
250g squid
5-7 cloves of garlic
10pcs chili
bunch of holy basil
3tbsp oyster sauce
2tbsp fish sauce
2tbsp sugar
cooking oil
1. Deveined shrimp and slice the squid into thin pieces.
2. Cut the garlic and chili into tiny pieces, you can mash them together using a mortar and pestle.
3. In your pan, heat the oil and put the garlic and chili. Cook until fragrant.
4. Add the shrimp and squid together with the oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Mix well until the seafoods are cooked.
5. Turn off the heat and add the holy basil.
It is best to enjoy with warm steamed rice!
