Ingredients

100g. minced pork
10g culantro
10g mint
20g shallot
5 tbsp. lime juice
3 tbsp. fish sauce
2 tbsp. ground chili
2 tbsp. roasted rice
50 ml water

– Put the minced pork in a pan, add a little water, and boil until cooked.
2. Turn off the heat and add shallots, lime juice, fish sauce, ground chili, roasted rice, mint, and culantro.
3. Add more lime juice and fish sauce to our taste.
4. Put in a bowl and garnish it with more mint, culantro, and ground chili
